Charity #2 of the Twelve Days of Charities

We are posting these as they are found or submitted so they may not be consistently day by day.
Please donate any furniture or appliances you are not using that are in working order to the Furniture Resource Center in Pontiac, Michigan. They were recently spotlighted in the Oakland Press as they are in desperate need of donations.
They will pick up as long as the furniture and appliances are usable/working condition. Oakland County Only for pick up’s and clients.

EMERGENCY SERVICES: Priority access to most needed items.
Please remember that what one person considered useless because it’s scratched or has missing handles can be a blessing to a family in need. The article in the paper mentioned that the families they help are families getting their children back from foster care, after fires and other emergencies and low income families in need. Help a family get a great start in life! Giving always makes you feel better about yourself, at least it does me!
